If at all possible, I'd like to see an RGB entry system for color, with the game automatically disallowing any value that's within a certain distance of skin tone (so we can't create nudes, for example.) I'm going to guess that isn't possible, but it would be great for people who want to make colorful characters.

Also, if it's at all possible, something that lets you use face sliders (nose, eyes, mouth) while still allowing masks.
Doesn't matter if the whole gaming industry decides that something wrong is something right. When the suits and the PR flacks and the whole gaming industry tell you to move, your job is to tell the gaming industry
No, you move.

Costume parts will morph with the face and body sliders, so there shouldn't be any danger of clipping or poke through.

There's still the possibility of them clipping each other, like a cape and tail for instance.

If we're going to have a diverse costume creator, then some clipping will be unavoidable.

It's possible in the Hero Engine, but it's also going to depend on performance.

Flexigons are going to be nessicary for capes. Having multiple moving flexigons will require some major clipping and such.
